About lost link detection — Browsers cannot automatically ping URLs due to security restrictions (CORS). Instead, linkFlow flags links as Check after 30 days without a verify action. Click Verify on any row to open the page, then confirm it is live or mark it as lost.

What linkFlow does

A complete backlink tracking system. Add every link you build, track its status, monitor DR health, and manage lost link recovery. Data saves in your browser and persists between sessions on the same device.

Getting started

1
Go to Link tracker and click + Add new link every time a link goes live — or use Import from Ahrefs / Semrush to bulk-import from a CSV export.
2
Fill in domain, anchor text, link type, DR, status, and month — these fields power all charts and KPIs.
3
Overview auto-updates with KPI cards and charts the moment you save a link.
4
Links not verified in 30 days are flagged as Check — a red alert bar appears at the top of the tracker.
5
Click Verify on any row → page opens → click Still Live or Mark Lost to update status and reset the 30-day clock.
6
Lost links flow into Lost & recovery automatically — assign a re-outreach action immediately.
7
Use Export CSV (top right) to back up your data or share with a client.
